It has been a while... i havent had those desserts..nyummmy...tummy....~~~

suitable with its name...

contains 3 flavours:

i) sweet by cherries

ii) sour by plums

iii) a lil bit of bitter by chocolates

my first and ALL-TIME-FAVOURITE cake

i used to wonder how did this name come from...

to make myself happy with the answer, i considered as,

in a black and dark forest, there is always cherries and plums.. that is why people

in the older days who found those fruits finally made up an idea to bake this cake

heee...~~

the crunchy taste of MACADEMIA nuts suits well with white chocolate
the soft texture of cake makes it so smooth that we can even swallow it straightly...
